De scaling Systems can be designed for Billet, Slab, Plate, Bloom, Forging, Seamless Pipe, Profiles etc for Primary descaling Immediately metal taking out from furnace and secondary de scaling Just before final pass.
There are two types of De scaling Systems:-
Direct DE Scaling:
Operating with High Pressure Triplex Plunger Pumps, Solenoid valves and De scaling header etc. Operating Pressure Range 100 Bar to 350 Bar.
Indirect DE Scaling With Accumulator:
Operating with High Pressure Triplex Plunger Pumps, High pressure Accumulator, Solenoid valves, De caling Header etc. Operating pressure Range: 100 Bar to 250 Bar.
