Principle Of Operation

Pump Head:- The forged stainless steel pump head is suitable for operation with certain corrosive fluids. For special application other materials such as nickel plated steel are available. The step shaped pump head allows direct access to identical and interchangeable suction and discharge valves without having to disconnect suction or discharge piping.
Plungers and Packing's:- Plunger are made of oxide ceramic with high quality of surface texture and geometry, sealed by packing seals having no wear sensitive lips, thus ensuring an extremely long working life under highest continuous pressures. Stainless steel plungers can be provided if desired.
Pressure Regulator:- Pressure Regulator is Flange mounted and provides step less adjustment of the operating pressure from 0 to maximum desired operating pressure. A glycerine damped pressure gauge indicates the working pressure of the pump. A separate safety valve prevents overloading.
